Founder and CEO

Alex Marcus is an award-winning ATS subject matter expert recognized for streamlining recruitment and onboarding processes. With a background as an educator and later as the head of talent acquisition at a leading New York City nonprofit, Alex has cultivated a unique ability to bridge the gap between human resources and technology. Motivated by a desire to help others maximize their HR technology, Alex founded Integral Recruiting Design, where he has gained national recognition as an iCIMS-certified expert and official iCIMS Advisor Partner.

Through his dedicated efforts and significant contributions to the iCIMS customer community, Alex was honored with the iCIMS Partner Innovator of the Year award in 2021. In 2023, Alex was invited to lead a breakout session at iCIMS’ INSPIRE conference, where he showcased a unique candidate experience analysis conducted in partnership with The Cheesecake Factory.

Alex’s passion for the System Administrator role, which served as the starting point for his HR journey, fuels his relentless pursuit of cutting-edge strategies to maximize the impact and efficiency of System Administrators in their daily responsibilities. He remains committed to pushing the boundaries of what is possible, constantly seeking out fresh and inventive approaches to revolutionize the field.

When he’s not innovating in the world of HR tech, Alex can be found immersed in the vibrant energy of New York City’s dynamic music scene. And on sunny days, you’ll likely find him playing speed chess amidst the lush greenery of Central Park, connecting with the diverse array of people who gather there.

Kaitlyn is a seasoned HR Technology Professional with over a decade of experience in education, recruiting operations, and systems administration. As an expert in iCIMS configuration and ATS integrations, she specializes in optimizing HRIS platforms and driving recruiting analytics with experience spanning several industries.

Her technical proficiency combines strategic data management with a deep understanding of compliance requirements. Beyond her professional role, Kaitlyn is committed to community impact as a nonprofit leader supporting single parents and enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

Paul Day

HR Solutions Architect

As an HR Solutions Architect and iCIMS User Admin Specialist, Paul Day is the talent acquisition expert you want optimizing your recruiting systems. At Integral Recruiting Design, he maximizes the full capabilities of organizations’ iCIMS platforms. With previous roles as an iCIMS admin pro, recruiter, and hiring expert for various industries, Paul deeply understands the end-to-end hiring cycle from all angles. Whether optimizing an enterprise’s talent tech stack or empowering hiring capabilities, Paul’s driving force is crafting user-friendly, compliance-savvy solutions that transform talent strategies for the better.

As the Community Manager of System Admin Insights, Paul champions continuous learning by fostering an engaging professional network. He also lends his iCIMS expertise to the non-profit JerseySTEM, streamlining their recruiting experience on a volunteer basis. Natalie Duncan

Natalie Duncan is a dynamic and strategic business leader with over a decade of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and People Experience Technology. Known for her infectious energy, Natalie excels in developing high-level strategic initiatives while diving into tactical details to drive results. She specializes in linking technology and business processes to enhance outcomes, creating exceptional experiences for applicants, candidates, hiring managers, and new hires.

With expertise in implementing data-driven recruitment strategies, optimizing ATS processes, and crafting impactful reports and dashboards, Natalie has a proven track record of improving efficiency and engagement in complex, high-volume environments. A natural influencer and trusted advisor, she is passionate about fostering growth and guiding teams to maximize their impact.

Beyond her professional life, Natalie enjoys outdoor adventures like kayaking, camping, and geocaching, as well as cheering for her favorite sports teams, including the UTSA Roadrunners, and Texas Longhorns.
