Founder and CEO

Alex Marcus is an award-winning ATS subject matter expert recognized for streamlining recruitment and onboarding processes. With a background as an educator and later as the head of talent acquisition at a leading New York City nonprofit, Alex has cultivated a unique ability to bridge the gap between human resources and technology. Motivated by a desire to help others maximize their HR technology, Alex founded Integral Recruiting Design, where he has gained national recognition as an iCIMS-certified expert and official iCIMS Advisor Partner.

Through his dedicated efforts and significant contributions to the iCIMS customer community, Alex was honored with the iCIMS Partner Innovator of the Year award in 2021. In 2023, Alex was invited to lead a breakout session at iCIMS’ INSPIRE conference, where he showcased a unique candidate experience analysis conducted in partnership with The Cheesecake Factory.

Alex’s passion for the System Administrator role, which served as the starting point for his HR journey, fuels his relentless pursuit of cutting-edge strategies to maximize the impact and efficiency of System Administrators in their daily responsibilities. He remains committed to pushing the boundaries of what is possible, constantly seeking out fresh and inventive approaches to revolutionize the field.

When he’s not innovating in the world of HR tech, Alex can be found immersed in the vibrant energy of New York City’s dynamic music scene. And on sunny days, you’ll likely find him playing speed chess amidst the lush greenery of Central Park, connecting with the diverse array of people who gather there.

Angad Madra is a highly accomplished HR professional specializing in iCIMS and HR technology, with an impressive track record of over six years working across diverse sectors including Dollar General, Aramark, and Ardent Health Services. His exceptional expertise in the iCIMS platform earned him the prestigious iCIMS Innovator Award on three separate occasions, underscoring his role in optimizing iCIMS products to drive innovation and foster growth within organizations. Angad stays at the forefront of the latest HR technologies and utilizes data-driven insights to streamline recruitment processes.

With unwavering dedication to improving organizational efficiency and enhancing the candidate experience, Angad is truly an invaluable asset within the dynamic HR technology landscape.

Gui Cavalcante

Chief Marketing Officer

Guilherme is an expert marketer skilled in branding, growth hacking, innovative design, market research, strategic marketing, and more. He has a knack for breathing new life into brands across various industries. Guilherme supported marketing for the Santander Bank Brazil network spanning over 3,000 locations (the fifth-largest bank in Latin America). His creation of digital strategies to improve customer experiences and business operations were repeatedly recognized for their innovation.

As a co-founder of a consulting company, Guilherme has developed marketing strategies that expanded brands in healthcare, healthtech, higher education, law, real estate, solar energy, sustainable hospitality & tourism, and other sectors. His influential role in revamping IRD’s brand presence earned widespread praise that still resonates.

During his time at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, Guilherme’s final undergrad marketing campaign for an international company was so impressive that it was kept on reserve in the library for all future students to reference as a model project. Later, his MBA final project (a proposal for a new healthtech company) at the top-ranked university in South America, Universidade de São Paulo, received a perfect score from judges and was nominated as best project of the year.

Away from the office, you can find this Brazilian native appreciating life’s simple joys of drawing, singing, or swimming at the beach.
