Founder and CEO

Alex Marcus is an award-winning ATS subject matter expert recognized for his expertise in streamlining recruitment and onboarding processes, and the founder and CEO of Integral Recruiting Design. As an iCIMS-certified expert and official iCIMS Advisor Partner, he has made significant contributions to the iCIMS customer community, earning him the iCIMS Partner Innovator of the Year award in 2021. Additionally, in 2023, Alex Marcus led a guest breakout session at iCIMS’ INSPIRE conference, presenting a unique candidate experience analysis that he conducted in partnership with The Cheesecake Factory. Alex is a passionate advocate for the System Administrator role, which is where he began his journey in HR. He is dedicated to continuously discovering innovative methods to enhance the effectiveness of System Administrators in their responsibilities.
