Alex Marcus, IRD Founder

Alex is an award-winning ATS subject matter expert known for streamlining recruiting and onboarding processes, crafting business intelligence analytics that inform strategic decision-making, and advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives through data visualization.

He is the founder of Integral Recruiting Design, an ATS consulting firm that specializes in supporting iCIMS customers, and co-founder of the award-winning iCIMS Think Tank community. An iCIMS-certified expert, his contributions to the iCIMS community earned him the iCIMS Innovator of the Year award in 2021.

His mission is to help companies leverage iCIMS to its fullest potential while expanding D&I initiatives through data-informed decision making. He holds a Master of Science in Teaching from Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language from The Ohio State University.
