Mentoring is perfect for small to mid-size companies with system administrators who handle multiple systems, and larger companies who wish to benefit from our mentors’ deep technical expertise and broad experience across multiple industries.

Our mentors are expert system administrators, certified professional consultants, and former vendor technical staff who have worked with companies of all sizes and levels of complexity.

System Admin mentoring is not a replacement for a vendor’s technical support. We advise you on how to work with your vendor to find the best solution for your needs.


Your mentoring subscription gives you access to five sessions per month with an industry-leading mentor.

The mentor will be assigned to you based on your industry and company size, and will stay with your account to build a relationship with you over time.

You submit your requests through our online ticketing system. A mentoring session involves a single request or topic, from putting together a difficult report, to advising on user adoption, to selecting third-party vendors.

Depending on the complexity of your request, you can expect your mentor to spend up to two hours fulfilling your request, which will include both research, written responses, and a Zoom call if needed.
