SMS terms

The program

IRD Internal SMS Alerts are automated text messages that Integral Recruiting Design sends to Alex Marcus, our founder, when an internal business workflow needs his attention or a decision. He is the only recipient. We do not send marketing, promotional or customer care messages through this program, and this website has no public text message sign-up.

How enrollment works

The recipient enrolls by ticking the consent box on a paper consent form and signing it (see the blank SMS opt-in form). Integral Recruiting Design keeps the signed form privately and does not publish it. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, service or employment.

Messages and frequency

The messages are alerts that a workflow needs attention, and requests for a decision. Messages may include a link to the relevant Slack discussion. Message frequency varies with the workflows. Message and data rates may apply.

STOP and HELP

Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no further alerts will be sent. Reply HELP for help. For support, email [email protected].

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. For how we handle the mobile number, see the text message section of our privacy notice.
