What this website collects when you contact us, and the services involved.

The contact form

When you send a message through our contact form, we receive your first name, last name, email address and message.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks each submission for spam. To do that, the check runs in your browser and your IP address is passed to Cloudflare with the result.

Your message is then sent to Integral Recruiting Design as an email, delivered by Postmark. The email is how we read and answer your message.

The website does not store submissions in a database, and we do not add them to a CRM. If the form fails, the error log records only what went wrong, never what you wrote.

When you subscribe to the SAI Newsletter on this site, we send your email address to ActiveCampaign, our email provider, to subscribe you to the newsletter. You may then receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks each sign-up for automated abuse. Neither the sign-up form nor the newsletter pop-up on articles sets cookies. Closing the pop-up or signing up stores one small item in your browser, holding only the date until which the pop-up stays hidden (30 days). It is not sent to us, and you can clear it by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set its own cookies and does not run advertising trackers. We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records the page viewed, the referring site, your country, your device and browser type, and how quickly the page loaded. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, does not identify you and does not track you across other websites.

Hosting and other services

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The homepage loads a list of upcoming events from System Admin Insights (systemadmininsights.com), and one article shows an image hosted on gifyu.com. Links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, take you to services with their own privacy terms.

Text message alerts

Integral Recruiting Design sends IRD Internal SMS Alerts, automated operational text messages, to Alex Marcus, our founder, when a workflow needs his attention or a decision. He is the only recipient. This website has no public text message sign-up, and we do not send marketing or customer care messages by text.

To receive the alerts, the recipient ticks the consent box on a paper consent form and signs it (see the blank SMS opt-in form). For this program we hold the recipient's mobile number and the signed form, which we keep privately and do not publish.

The alerts are sent through Twilio, a messaging provider, which receives the mobile number and each message in order to deliver it. A message may include a link to the relevant Slack discussion. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.
