I’ve had the pleasure of connecting with several of the IRD consultants, and each interaction has been outstanding. Alex is highly responsive and on more than one occasion made himself available during non-standard (U.S.) working hours to handle a crisis or provide training to global users at a time that was most convenient for them.

I had very limited understanding of reporting so much has improved after the sessions, e.g., better understanding of job vs. recruiting workflow reports. Through our engagement, IRD helped me to build out reports for: EEO (Race/Gender), Internal Candidates, Source and Recruiting workflow. Grouping is still challenging but that’s just something I’ll need to continue to practice.

Creating dashboards was my primary need for this engagement. I understand better the relationship between reporting and dashboards and feel confident that I can create my own dashboards as needs arise. I also learned about the different types of dashboards that would be most effective, e.g. factoid, search preview, etc.
