Rippling’s onboarding is one of its hallmark experiences: new hires get a link to a Rippling onboarding “wizard” that might be one of the smoothest around. Because Rippling can combine HR tasks (sign handbook, fill I-9) with IT tasks (choose your computer specs, set up 2FA, etc.) in one checklist. Many new hires likely find it impressive that on their first day they already have all accounts set up because of Rippling.
For recruiters, if not using Rippling’s ATS, they wouldn’t use Rippling day-to-day until someone is hired. Then, typically HR or an IT admin uses Rippling to carry out provisioning. If a recruiter also acts as HR admin, they would just move into Rippling to kick off onboarding workflows when hiring. Paylocity
