For remote hires: if an employer using Gryphon doesn’t have its own notary network, they could still use Gryphon and just instruct the employee to find an authorized rep (like the old way). The employee or their chosen rep could access the Section 2 via a secure link, which Gryphon provides, ensuring the data goes directly into the system. Gryphon likely doesn’t have an in-house video call feature unless they built one for their own clients after powering HireRight’s.
