Dashboards and BI
Dashboards & BI for ICIMS
Reporting and dashboards your leaders will actually read.
A recruiting platform is only as useful as the decisions it supports. Integral Recruiting Design designs the dashboards and reporting that turn ICIMS data into something leadership can act on, and builds them to live where your team already works.
What we build
Reporting that lives where your team works
Dashboards and BI are one facet of IRD's ICIMS expertise, and a core part of how our RUN service keeps your environment delivering value over time.
- Dashboard and report design tailored to how your team actually makes decisions.
- Embedding external business intelligence inside ICIMS, including Power BI and Excel surfaced directly in the ICIMS interface.
- Custom BI solutions for teams whose reporting needs outgrow the standard views.
